Kewarganegaraan Reflektif di Ruang Digital: Studi Fenomenologis Interpretatif atas Pengalaman Founder NGO dalam Mengelola Kritik dan Dukungan Netizen

Perkembangan media sosial telah mengubah cara NGO membangun interaksi dengan publik melalui kampanye sosial digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman subjektif founder Yayasan Barakarsa Indonesia dalam memaknai kritik dan dukungan netizen terhadap kampanye sosial yang dijalankan melalui media sosial. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi, penelitian ini menerapkan Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) untuk menggali pengalaman hidup (lived experience) founder sebagai aktor kewarganegaraan digital. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam semi-terstruktur terhadap founder yang telah menjalankan kegiatan kerelawanan minimal dua tahun dan terlibat aktif dalam pengelolaan komunikasi digital. Hasil analisis mengungkap tema utama berdialog dengan ekosistem sosial, yang menggambarkan proses reflektif founder dalam mengelola kritik dan dukungan sebagai bagian dari perjalanan menjalankan misi sosial. Kritik dimaknai sebagai sarana evaluasi dan perbaikan program, sementara dukungan berfungsi sebagai validasi dan penguat motivasi. Temuan ini memperluas pemahaman tentang kewarganegaraan digital sebagai praktik reflektif yang melibatkan kerja psikologis berkelanjutan dalam konteks organisasi sipil.
