Abstract

Penerapan Hak Asasi Manusia terhadap anak-anak penyandang disabilitas di sekolah umum masih menimbulkan pertanyaan yang  harus dijawab oleh pihak yang berhubungan langsung dengan masalah tersebut, oleh karena itu penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif yaitu dengan cara wawancara langsung kepada pihak sekolah-sekolah di kota Samarinda diantaranya  Sekolah Menengah Pertama Katolik 1 WR. Soepratman Samarinda dan Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 1 Samarinda melalui beberapa pertanyaan yang diajukan secara langsung kepada kepala sekolah maupun yang mewakili memberikan jawaban-jawaban mengenai masalah perlindungan hak anak-anak penyandang disabilitas di sekolah. Dari hasil penelitian secara kualitatif mendapatkan hasil bahwa sekolah sangat menjamin hak-hak setiap anak-anak penyandang disabilitas di sekolah.
