Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Sosial terhadap Etika dan Tanggung Jawab Digital: Studi pada Mahasiswa PPKn Universitas Mataram

Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan antara intensitas penggunaan media sosial dengan etika dan tanggung jawab digital mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan Universitas Mataram (n = 135), menggunakan desain kuantitatif survei dan analisis regresi bootstrapping. Hasil menunjukkan pengaruh positif sedang antara penggunaan media sosial dengan etika digital (R² = 0,206) dan tanggung jawab digital (R² = 0,183), menandakan sekitar 18–20% variasi kedua konstruk dapat dijelaskan oleh interaksi daring. Etika digital berperan sebagai mediator kritis, sedangkan tanggung jawab digital melibatkan aspek moral, kesadaran sosial, dan refleksi pribadi, yang dimoderasi oleh karakter individu. Mahasiswa PPKn menunjukkan orientasi personally responsible, dengan potensi partisipatif yang dapat diperkuat melalui pengalaman praktik digital. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pendidikan kewarganegaraan perlu mengintegrasikan praktik digital reflektif seperti studi kasus, simulasi, dan diskusi daring untuk membangun internalisasi nilai, kesadaran etis, dan tanggung jawab digital.
