By implementing a Training of Trainers (ToT) approach, the study focused on enhancing teachers’ understanding and capacity not only to teach these values conceptually but also to integrate them meaningfully into their classroom practices. The research employed a qualitative method with a case study approach, involving teachers from Bandung and Cimahi who participated in the training program. The findings indicated that the training successfully improved teachers’ competencies in delivering theoretical and contextual learning related to Pancasila, human rights, law, and national insight in a more effective and engaging manner. Furthermore, the program encouraged teachers to internalize and transmit these values to students, fostering the development of individuals who possess legal awareness, respect for human rights, and active participation in national and civic life. The study also demonstrated that structured and reflective training activities can strengthen teachers’ pedagogical confidence and promote value-based learning environments in schools. Overall, this research contributes to the development of a teacher training model that emphasizes strengthening education on Pancasila, human rights, law, and national insight as fundamental pillars for cultivating responsible citizens and advancing the realization of a socially just society.
2026-03-11T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Mindset : Jurnal Pemikiran Pendidikan dan Pembelajaran https://journal.actual-insight.com/index.php/mindset/article/view/4265 Development of An E-Module Flipbook Based on Problem Based Learning: Basic Concept of Local Government Accounting Materials 2026-04-21T12:49:56+00:00 Anindya Putri Handini anindyaputrihandini@gmail.com Rochmawati Rochmawati rochmawati@unesa.ac.id
This study aims to develop a Problem-Based Learning (PBL)-based E-Flipbook module for the subject of Basic Concepts of Local Government Accounting for Grade XI Accounting and Institutional Finance students at VHS State 1 Sooko Mojokerto and to evaluate its feasibility and effectiveness in supporting conceptual understanding. The study addresses the limited use of interactive digital teaching materials and students’ difficulties in understanding abstract and contextual accounting concepts in vocational education. This research employed the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate), limited to the Develop stage, with a small-scale trial involving 20 students. Data were collected through expert validation by material experts, media experts, and learning practitioners, as well as student response questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative techniques. The results showed that the developed module was highly feasible based on expert validation and received very positive responses from students. In addition, the integration of PBL into the digital flipbook format helped increase students’ learning motivation and supported deeper conceptual understanding of local government accounting material. Therefore, the module can be used as an innovative and student-centered learning medium in vocational accounting education.
2026-06-07T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Mindset : Jurnal Pemikiran Pendidikan dan Pembelajaran https://journal.actual-insight.com/index.php/mindset/article/view/4513 Needs Analysis of HeKaO Interactive Digital Learning Media Supported by Educational Games for Third-Grade Elementary School Students 2026-07-08T04:27:02+00:00 Wahyu Aulia Putri aulia6821@gmail.com Kharisma Eka Putri kharismaputri@unpkediri.ac.id Sulistiono Sulistiono sulistiono@unpkdr.ac.id
Science and Social Studies learning, particularly on the topic of classifying animals based on their diets, requires students to understand concrete concepts. Therefore, learning media capable of presenting content in a visual and interactive manner are essential to accommodate the characteristics of elementary school students. However, the use of digital learning media in classroom instruction has not yet been optimized. This study aimed to analyze the need for developing interactive digital learning media supported by educational games for Science and Social Studies learning among third-grade elementary school students. A descriptive research method was employed, with data collected through observations, interviews, and questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive percentages. The research participants consisted of one teacher and 29 third-grade students at SD Negeri Maguan, Nganjuk Regency. The findings indicated that most students still experienced difficulties in understanding the learning material and showed strong interest in learning media integrated with educational games and smartphone-based media. These findings served as the basis for developing the HeKaO (Herbivore, Carnivore, Omnivore) interactive digital learning media, which incorporates learning materials, instructional videos, quizzes, and educational games. This study provides an empirical foundation for the development of digital learning media that align with students' learning needs and recommends the use of interactive digital learning media as an alternative for teachers to create more engaging, active, and meaningful Science and Social Studies learning experiences.
2026-09-06T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Mindset : Jurnal Pemikiran Pendidikan dan Pembelajaran
