Naskah ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterlibatan warga negara dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan berkelanjutan untuk mewujudkan lingkungan yang bersih melalui Bantuan Sosial Komunikasi Masyarakat Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian studi kasus, teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, teknik analisis data menggunakan triangulasi untuk keabsahan data. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data reduksi, display, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian studi kasus ditemukan keterlibatan warga negara dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan berkelanjutan untuk mewujudkan lingkungan yang bersih dilakukan di desa sumbersekar Kabupaten Malang dengan melaksankaan program peduli lingkungan. Pelaksanaan pembangunan pada saat bersama BASKOMAS di desa Sumbersekar dengan membentuk Workshop Intedrated Farming sebagai wadah memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan warga, membangun tempat pengumpulan sampah dan pembuatan bak ikan serta menanam sayuran hijau untuk menjaga ketahanan pangan ekonomi warga, dan pendampingan mussyawarah bersama untuk perbaikan Rencana Pembangunan Jangka panjangan kepada lingkungan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan terus-menerus setiap minggu guna untuk menjaga dan merawat lingkungan.
