Disonansi Kepemimpinan Kristen dan Rekonstruksi Model Kepemimpinan Spiritual Integratif: Kajian Eksegetis-Teologis atas Wahyu 2:1–7

Kepemimpinan Kristen kontemporer sering menghadapi ketegangan antara keberhasilan pelayanan yang tampak secara eksternal dan kualitas kehidupan rohani internal pemimpin. Fenomena ini tercermin dalam teguran Yesus kepada jemaat Efesus dalam Wahyu 2:1–7. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis disonansi antara kinerja pelayanan dan kemerosotan spiritual melalui kajian biblika dan literatur kepemimpinan Kristen. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksegetis historis-gramatikal terhadap Wahyu 2:1–7 serta analisis isi terhadap literatur kepemimpinan kontemporer. Hasil studi menunjukkan paradoks: jemaat Efesus tekun dalam pelayanan dan tetap setia secara doktrinal, namun kehilangan “kasih yang semula” sebagai inti relasi dengan Kristus. Disonansi muncul ketika fokus kepemimpinan bergeser dari identitas spiritual dan relasi kristologis menuju orientasi aktivitas dan kinerja. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, artikel ini merumuskan Model Kepemimpinan Spiritual Integratif yang menekankan evaluasi reflektif, pertobatan transformatif, dan restorasi disiplin rohani. Berakar pada diagnosis kristologis Wahyu 2:1–7, model ini menempatkan pemulihan kasih kepada Kristus sebagai fondasi teologis pembaruan kepemimpinan gereja kontemporer.
