Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK) Fase E–F masih didominasi pendekatan transmisif yang berorientasi pada penguasaan doktrin sehingga kurang mendorong refleksi kritis dan transformasi iman peserta didik. Di sisi lain, kajian Khotbah di Bukit umumnya berfokus pada aspek teologis dan etis, sedangkan dimensi pedagogisnya masih jarang dikaji dalam kerangka pembelajaran mendalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dimensi pedagogis Khotbah di Bukit (Matius 5–7), yang dipilih karena merupakan unit pengajaran Yesus yang utuh dan terstruktur, untuk mengidentifikasi prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran mendalam serta implikasinya bagi PAK Fase E–F. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi terhadap teks Matius 5–7. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi lima prinsip pembelajaran mendalam yang dirumuskan dalam Model Integratif Pedagogis Lima Tahap yang terdiri dari orientasi identitas, disonansi kognitif, refleksi kritis, internalisasi nilai, dan transformasi hidup. Penelitian ini berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan pedagogi Kristen melalui perumusan model pedagogis yang mengintegrasikan analisis pedagogis teks Alkitab dengan prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran mendalam kontemporer sebagai kerangka konseptual pembelajaran yang reflektif dan transformatif.
