Kepemimpinan Desa di Era Digital: Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Algoritmik dalam Membangun Ekosistem Kewirausahaan di Desa

Abstract

Ekosistem kewirausahaan semakin menjadi fokus utama para peneliti, praktisi, dan pembuat kebijakan selama dekade terakhir. Di daerah pedesaan sendiri, kewirausahaan menghadapi berbagai kendala akses pendanaan, infrastruktur, literasi digital, dan jaringan terbatas, namun memiliki potensi ekonomi yang signifikan melalui UMKM, koperasi, dan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes). Kepemimpinan Algoritmik menawarkan keunggulan khas bagi ekosistem desa, termasuk kesadaran situasional berbasis data, partisipasi yang dapat diperluas, akuntabilitas yang transparan, eksperimen yang cepat, dan ketahanan dalam menghadapi ketidakpastian. Artikel ini menganalisis kontribusi Kepemimpinan Algoritmik dalam memperkuat ekosistem kewirausahaan pedesaan, berdasarkan studi di Kabupaten Malang, Jawa Timur. Survei terhadap 270 wirausahawan (253 layak analisis) dan FGD dengan 36 wirausahawan dilakukan; data dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasilnya: Kepemimpinan Algoritmik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ekosistem kewirausahaan (β = 0,296; p < 0,01). Secara substantif, kepemimpinan algoritmik memperkuat pengambilan keputusan berbasis data, koordinasi aktor, dan efisiensi proses. Temuan ini memperkaya kerangka teoritis ekosistem kewirausahaan dan memberikan panduan praktis bagi para pemimpin bisnis desa untuk membangun daya saing yang berkelanjutan.
