About the Journal

Nomos : Jurnal Penelitian Ilmu Hukum adalah jurnal penelitian yang terbit setiap bulan dengan bertemakan Ilmu Hukum, dengan manfaat dan tujuan bagi perkembangan Ilmu Hukum, dengan mengedepankan sifat orisinalitas, kekhususan dan kemutakhiran artikel pada setiap terbitannya. Tujuan dari publikasi Jurnal ini adalah untuk memberikan ruang mempublikasikan pemikiran hasil penelitian orisinal, para akademisi yaitu mahasiswa maupun dosen yang belum pernah dipublikasikan pada media lainnya. Terindex SINTA 4 Sejak tahun 2023. This journal is follow the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

• The journal was first published in 2021, with a publication frequency of four issues per year.
• The journal was first indexed in SINTA 4 in 2023.

Publication Schedule:

Nomos: Jurnal Penelitian Ilmu Hukum implements a publication system of four issues per year using a rolling issue method, where each issue is published once the article quota is met, without waiting for a specific month.

Important Dates:

• Manuscript Submission: Manuscripts can be submitted anytime throughout the year.

Acceptance Notification: Authors will be notified of the acceptance decision approximately 5–6 weeks after manuscript submission.

Speed/ Acceptance

• 13 days average from submission to first editorial decision
• 35 days average from editorial acceptance to publication

• 50% acceptance rate

Language:

The journal publishes articles in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Digital Archiving :

Each article is also assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) from CrossRef, providing a permanent and reliable means of citation and retrieval.

The journal does not accept adverts from third parties.

Revenue Sources:

This journal is financially supported through author fees. We ensure that the availability of author fees or even waiver status, does not influence editorial decision-making in any way.
