Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, accessibility, and integrity of all published scholarly content. The publisher, Actual Insight : Lembaga Penelitian Pengembangan, Penerbitan dan Publikasi, files and preserves every published article electronically through the following systems:

1. PKP Preservation Network (PKP-PLN). The journal participates in the PKP Preservation Network, a free, decentralized, and secure preservation service for Open Journal Systems (OJS) journals. PKP-PLN ensures the long-term storage and restoration of all preserved articles if the journal's primary site becomes unavailable.
2. Internet Archive. All published content is regularly archived in the Internet Archive, so that articles remain accessible even in the event of website changes or downtime.
3. Indexing Databases. Article metadata and full texts are also filed in the indexing services listed on the Indexing and Abstracting page (buat hyperlink yang ada di web jurnal), including Google Scholar, Garuda, and SINTA.
4. Persistent Identifiers. Every article is assigned a DOI registered with Crossref (prefix 10.58218), so that it can be permanently located even if its web address changes.
