Penerapan Teknologi Tepat Guna untuk Meningkatkan Produktivitas Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah Kudapan Pasar di Kelurahan Sukoharjo Kota Malang

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat, namun banyak UMKM pangan masih menghadapi keterbatasan teknologi produksi yang menyebabkan rendahnya produktivitas usaha. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan produktivitas UMKM kudapan pasar melalui penerapan Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG) berupa planetary mixer dan spinner peniris minyak. Mitra kegiatan adalah UMKM kudapan pasar milik Bapak B. S. di Kelurahan Sukoharjo, Kota Malang. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan selama 3 bulan (April-June 2026) dengan metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi, penyediaan peralatan, pelatihan penggunaan dan perawatan alat, pendampingan produksi, serta evaluasi hasil kegiatan. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan deskriptif komparatif untuk mengetahui hasil sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan pengabdian. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa kapasitas produksi meningkat dari 18 kg menjadi 35 kg adonan per hari, jumlah produk meningkat dari 750 unit menjadi 1.450 unit per hari, dan omzet harian meningkat dari Rp750.000 menjadi Rp1.400.000. Selain meningkatkan efisiensi produksi, waktu yang dibutuhkan lebih cepat dengan produksi yang lebih banyak, program ini juga meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam mengoperasikan serta merawat peralatan secara mandiri sehingga mendukung keberlanjutan pemanfaatan teknologi setelah program berakhir.
